The source

Markets puts what public companies report beside what their shares trade at, from SEC EDGAR and Databento.

Coverage

  • Revenue, net income, gross profit and operating income, annual or quarterly
  • Assets, liabilities, equity and cash at each period's end
  • Daily open, high, low, close and volume for U.S. stocks

Financials follow each company's fiscal year, in U.S. dollars from U.S. GAAP filings, so IFRS filers show little. Prices are not adjusted for splits or dividends. Volume covers Databento's composite venues, a fraction of the market total.

Freshness

Prices usually run through yesterday, sometimes two days back. Financials update as companies file, and Vistazo holds a copy for up to six hours.

Limits
