What is a source?
Everything Vistazo shows is read from a source. There are three kinds. A widget, a notebook cell and the built-in assistant read each of them the same way, and every read is read-only. Settings → Connections lists all three.
What kinds of source are there?
| Kind | What it is | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Connections | A data source of your own, served over MCP | You connect it under Settings → Connections |
| Curated sources | Five public sources Vistazo hosts and keeps current, with no account or key | Included in every workspace |
| Datasets | A table Vistazo read out of a file you uploaded | Made when you attach a file in a chat, or when your agent uploads one |
